Start with the unit you sell
Use “One order / bundle” when all stickers in the plan belong to one customer purchase. Use “Per sticker sold” when every placed sticker has the same price, or “Per sheet sold” when the printed sheet is the product. Packaging and fixed fees apply once to the planned order.
Recover the whole production cost
Paper, ink and labor increase with the sheet count. Packaging, postage and fixed fees are order costs. Buyer-paid shipping is revenue, and the percentage fee also applies to that shipping. Free shipping still has a postage cost.
Check the break-even price
Break-even is the item price that covers the entered costs and fees. It excludes income taxes, advertising, equipment depreciation and returns. A positive estimate does not demonstrate customer demand.
Etsy fees need more than one percentage
Listing charges, transaction fees, payment processing and optional advertising have different bases. Payment processing varies by seller country. Enter a combined estimate and fixed charges, then reconcile with an actual Etsy payment statement.

What this estimate leaves out
The sample 10% input is editable and is not an official Etsy fee preset. This tool does not calculate fees on buyer tax, currency conversion, regulatory fees, discounts or Offsite Ads automatically. Add those costs to your assumptions before relying on the price.
Price the pack you will actually ship
Include freebies in the layout and charge only for your sale unit. A bundle price can remain fixed when a tighter layout saves a sheet. Record the final paper, fee and postage assumptions with the listing.
